best thing is to go get it swabbed now that you have it, or just keep an eye on it and see what happens to it

hmm. The fact that you've had it happen more than once is concerning, which makes me think its herpes. Unfortunately there isn't alot of things it could be. The bump isnt consistent with hpv but looks more like a hsv ulcer to me. Is it painful or does it burn to urinate? When i was diagnosed it felt like my crotch was on fire and i was in an unbearable amount of pain. I would suggest going back to the doctor to put you on an antiviral and to retest your swab or get blood work done if it's been more than 2 weeks after sexual exposure.

do you have any abnormal odor? like a yeast infection? my first guess would be herpes. you should go back to your doctor asap.

here's some info about vaginal ulcers and what can cause them if its not herpes:

The most common reason for an ulcer to develop on the penis and scrotum of the male, and on the vulva and in the vagina of a woman is a venereal (sexually transmitted) disease. These include genital herpes (causes a blister which bursts to form a painful, tender, shallow ulcer), syphilis (causes a painless ulcer at the original site of infection), and rarer venereal diseases such as chancroid, donovanosis and lymphogranuloma venereum.

It does present itself as herpes but I would need a better picture to know for sure.. Did you wait a few days after you got the blister to get it swabbed? Sometimes if you wait too long the virus cant be detected on the swab.
