What creams on Amazon help heal fissures and stops pain?

    Hello John Honestly I have no experience with Amazon but for fissure pain I used local anathetic like xyloproct and instagel. Rectogesic cream improves post BM spasms and pain

    I had success with Hemotreat cream and suppositories. It works so well they keep running out of it.

    Dr. Butler's ointment is good too.

    If all else fails try Panicura. It's not on Amazon, it has it's own website. Good luck.

    recticare has lidocaine 5% also helps with itching. I'm unsure to what else works. I hope you feel better and heal fast. God Bless.
