What Disease Do I Have?

Posted , 2 users are following.

18 y/o girl. To others I’m a little monotone. I feel emotions but can’t necessarily express them (You Won’t necessarily know if I’m happy, angry, sad, mad). Im unable to empathize with others and have no idea what to say in certain situations.

What is it? Thank you

Hi A0, I am answering your thread mainly because I think if you have taken the time to post it means that you are obviously anxious about how you feel. I'm not sure that there is necessarily a name for what you are suffering it could just be that it's a team you haven't yet found the right way to express yourself.

Have you actually seen a doctor and spoken to them about this or have you spoken to your parents or a friend.

We are not all outgoing and emotionally able to explain exactly how we feel we don't all show emotions in the same way.

Do you feel anxious is this feeling causing you problems on how you live your daily life.

Are you still at school or are you working or are you now at the university or college.

There are lots of things that can make us feel this way and thankfully you are noticing them now at a young age so help is on hand and seeing a professional or even just talking to your parents could possibly make you realise you are not so different two other people.

Sometimes just talking about things can really help but if you have no one to talk to them please come back and I can give you the online address of a very good site for people suffering with social and anxiety problems.

    Take care
