I recently reduced my dose from 15mg to 10mg of lexapro after 4 weeks because the higher dose made me feel so much worse.

waves of dread

adrenaline rushes

panic constantly

and severe low mood.

it's been 11 days since I decreased and I feel worse than before. I had a few days at the beginning where I felt things were improving and now I feel absaloutly terrible.

shall I decrease down to 5mg and see if I settle on that dose. or try to ride it out

my partner is being induced on saturday and there is no way I can be of any help or even comprehend how bad I'm gonna feel in that situation because of how I'm feeling at the minute and that's not fair on her at all. . I don't know what to do but feel completely lost and hopeless.
