What do i do to stop this pain?! ;-(

I've finally found a solution that works for me, but obviously each woman's situation is different.

I leave it alone for about 3 days while it fills. Doing anything before the skin over it is stressed won't help much.

Once it's to the point where it hurts to sit, I soak anti microbial gauze with witch hazel and lay it on the cyst for about 20 minutes. An hour later I repeat that. Then I fill an aluminum travel coffee mug with hot water and 5 drops of tea tree oil. I soak the corner of a wash cloth in the hot water then lay it on the abscess. When it's no longer hot I soak a different corner and repeat until I've used all four corners. On a white cloth I can usually see a tiny yellow dot of puss, and that's a sign that it's coming to a head.

The next morning it should have a bump on it showing the pus is ready to drain from that spot.

I soak more gauze in witch hazel and hold it under the abscess. I use a mirror and sit on a towel on my bed to see what I'm doing. Squeeze. If nothing comes out after a good squeeze, apply another hot wash cloth for 10 minutes, then try. It should open right up. Do your best to prevent the liquid getting in your vagina or anywhere else. Keep squeezing until no more comes out.

Then soak gauze in witch hazel and tuck it between your labia to cover the cyst. Change as needed until there's no more drainage on the gauze. Usually about 12 hours.
