I never noticed these before or felt like they were weird before. i dont remember if ive always had them or they just came up. they are on the inside of the vagina and i dont know what to do. Is this normal???? are they warts or VP?

I don't think the vaginal wall is naturally smooth all the way; I've never really paid attention to that. But does it look any different than what it used to look like few years ago?
If those tiny projections recently developed, I'd say that it's probably polyps underway. In any case, you might want to consider having your gyne take a look at it.
