What do I have? Im at my wits end

So for about 5 months now I have been having a very strange mix of symptoms. It started with a minor injury in my abdomen and turned into burning pain in my chest and back, then into intense tingling everywhere, electric shock type pain and then numbness in my legs and pressure in my face and legs. Also, my skin gets oddly sensative...like sometimes soft clothes feel like sandpaper (tough to describe) I get very fatigued, especially mentally. Have a hard time concentrating. My anxiety and depression is really awful and sometimes it gets to bad I get depersonalization/derealization. Eveything is made mush worse by exercise. I have tried so many things and done tons of tests but I am no closer to an answer.
My question is, does this sound like its fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue or something? I hate to look things up but I feel like I am not getting answers.. I am just beside myself thinking about not being able to be active anymore. Every day is a struggle..

My fibro has always flared up the more I do, even light scheduled exercise with a PT guy had me getting worse and worse. Its one of the things that my Rhumatologist says makes her think I dont have Fibro... I personally think she is just not the right Dr for me but Ive had this so long and nothing has helped I just go in for random flare ups and "maintenance" checks. I also have very sensitive skin(my first post here was about how I cant wear tech friendly gloves without being in pain) and one whole outer thigh is numb to hyper sensitive from where I had a deep tissue muscle biopsy when this all started over 15 years ago.
IBS I do not have BUT I learned that pain meds can really mess up your stomach and I wonder if that is your issue. About a year ago I started having bad stomach issues and ended up getting an upper and lower scope(colonoscopy and whatever it is for the upper stomach), a thing where I swallowed a pill cam and it took pics all day of my GI tract and a follow up upper check. My gastro Dr who I do trust decided it was caused by me taking more pain meds to deal with the pain from doing more(moving, Xmas, Easter, housework from new house, ect) so look at that. Omeprazole can help with that damage and irritation if thats the problem.
I have had TONS of spasms and muscle lock ups in the bad patches but the only electric type feelings are from that patch on my thigh. Your mental stuff falls in line with Fibro issues. When I was still being diagnosed I went through a bad depression and tested out the wazoo with them trying to decide if I was depressed because I was sick or I was sick because I was depressed... the former was decided which I knew but you know.. they have to do their phych stuff. Also look up the term fibrofog, its real.
