Thank you alfredo,
May I ask what makes you say its yeast infection? Is it the 3rd image where it looks white and fuzzy? I only get those during erection and after ejaculation. The whole entire glans are filled with white scrubs.

The curved erections are only something a urologist can help you with ...
But I would say the skin of your penis is generally very unhealthy and I would say this applies to the skin on the head of your penis, in particular.
Have the urologists give you any guidance on how to achieve healthy penile skin?
Do you use soap and shower gel and/or other body wash to clean your penis after urinating and in the shower ..... ?

Do you think its a yeast infection? Because after an erection or ejaculation, white spots immediately cover up the glans (3rd image).
Inside urethra is constantly inflamed and I can feel the heat inside. Testicles are also inflamed and I have premature ejaculation as a result.

I doubt whether a yeast infection could cause what you say about the symptoms in the third image. Are you currently sexually active, and if so, do you always use protection?
I think you likely have an interaction of different things going on here and there is a possibility that you have a severe skin condition that may be developing that is part of this, but this, by no means, explains ALL of the symptoms you have. The urologists should be very familiar with dealing with interactive causes, but as you say, they do not provide you with anything that successfully addresses these issues.
What I would suggest therefore is to see a Dermatologist, and hopefully, one who specialises in sexual related conditions. If you live in or near a large city the main Sexual Health Service for the area would likely have such a Dermatologist, or you could ring them and ask how you would get to see one.
When you see them take the 3rd image with you and explain what circumstances cause this.
You also need to get the inflamed urethra and issues with your testicles and premature ejaculation successfully addressed, so if you have a particular Family / Regular Doctor or GP that you regularly see, go and explain the circumstances of all the symptoms you have and that you have seen 2 urologists and they have not sorted this for you, and what they would recommend for you.
