What do you clever'experts' think this is?

For the IBS/diverticulosis experts on here, I have had really sharp stomach and bowel pain all day, lack of appetite, nausea and dizziness. Is this IBS, a diverticulosis flare up or a bug. How do I mend my stomach so the bug doesn't stay long?

It could be a mixture of both bowel conditions or simply an IBS flare up.  If you have a bug, stick to bland foods and take plenty of rest.  However, with bugs, you will probably have to wait until it has run its course.

Hi Pippa, my appetite died yesterday, I have a doctor's appointment already booked for today so will be asking then, I think it's possibly a bug but just my bloody luck!!!! I will double check though. Thanks Pippa. When are you back from Spain?

I’m just like a sunflower.  Whenever there is sun, I have my face up to it.
