What do you do to suppress your Tinnitus?

I normally put my head under running water. I would be interested in anybody else methods

    Hi Ben, I wet some tissue and stick it in the ear, over the counter calming tablets (there are various kinds). Try melatonin or a few drops of apple cider vinegar diluted 50% in water in the ear. Staying calm helps too if that's possible.

    Wet tissue in the ear helps sometimes because water in the wet tissue slows down sound waves. There's several over the counter products to try and some people found relief from the cider vinegar or hydrogen peroxide. Those did not help me, mine is like a typewriter in the ear. It's important to remember that tinnitus is a symptom, not a problem. Rest in a quiet dark room or time outside lessens the stress.
