I think I have costochondritis, possibly from coughing, paracetamol doesn’t really work and I don’t want to take codeine. What else can you take on blood thinners to help inflammation?

Not a whole lot. I was limited to Tylenol (which doesn't do anything) and the Dr prescribed me tramadol for pain. Maybe some natural stuff like turmeric or grape seed extract, or some other inflammation reducing supplement?
