so about a month and a half ago i thought i had a uti. had this weird feeling i had to go pe a lot. called docotor and he put me on macrabid and it didnt get any better so he switched me to cipro and had me do a urine test. the urine culture was negative and during this type my vulva area became painful and itchy. Later i went to a urogyno who ran a pcr urine test that showed i had a high level of ecoli in the urine. This specific urine test tested for lots of different things such as many diffrent stds such as trich and many others. Doctor put me on antibitoics that they that would help. it didnt and did anothet culture still showing ecoli. i went to another doctor to get a second opinion and the culture came back negaitve but ran a test on my Discharge showing an increase of bacteria. Could this be bv or trich?

they never ran lab tests on the discharge i Believe just a wet mount.
