Urine seems to be the most irritateing to my vulva skin and especially if concentrated makes skin burn. If you have this problem, what do you do to calm down the irritation or protect the skin from irritation from urination??

Hi lee do you burn after weeing every time? If so you could have interstitial cystitis basically irritated bladder. The best thing for that is parsley tea drunk during the day and dandelion and marshmallow tincture. They do work I've been using them for two years as I have this problem.

I've also sprayed after weeing with a solution if bicarbonate of soda diluted in water that soothes. Bepanth ( nappy cream) soothes best is plain Vaseline it provides a barrier . Loads of water it keeps your were from getting too concentrated. Hope this helps

Im thinking its more because atrophy causes dryness of the skin down there, which probably also causes irritation. Kind of like if you poured urine over chapped dry skin..im sure that would burn also.
