Bad mannered children and teenagers who demonstrate loutish repugnant and dirty behaviour.

I wouldn't get rid of them, but I would force them to perform one year of National Service, followed by 6 months acting as the parent/ guardian of bad mannered/ uncouth/ ill-mannered Neanderthal-like trogladyte children/teenagers.

Wine waiters/ sommeliers who insist on me trying the first sip of wine from the bottle. This is a time-wasting and antiquated tradition. Where a bottle of wine is found to be 'corked' the simple remedy would be to throw the bottle at the waiter.

This would have the the potential of making every meal more interesting, and wine waiters less pompous.

All telephone sales people should be forced by Law to initially supply their name, rank, serial number and personal telephone number, so that I can return the favour by phoning them (a) when they are about to eat (b) when they are on the loo (c) when they have just gone to bed (d) when they are sick to death of receiving such calls.

Anyone who deliberately drops litter anywhere other than into designated refuse bins should be made to clean-up our streets, forests, school playgrounds, airports, railway stations, car parks, places of worship and shopping malls in perpetuity.

      theres no pride anymore

do you remember the tv adverts for keep britain tidy

back in the 70s . they should have never stopped those public infomation ads ..i taught my kids not to drop litter from about two

i was constantly washing crisp packets in my washer where they had shoved empty packets in there coat pockets .

Good morning Tis. Yes this country has certainly gone down the pan.

I fear that keeping Britain tidy is the least of our worries, it's just everything.

Where have our standards gone that were the envy of the world?

The more I think about it the more convinced I am that we should bring back the Stocks, where offenders could be humiliated by being pounded all day with rotten fruit and vegetables.

well just about everyone then les.

but i agree with you ., basicly standereds have fallen

but that would make a mess .

you need to bring disacpline back in the home and schools

and people including children need to know that there are consequecns

      for there actions .

old fashioned borstal should be brought back for persistant child offenders .reoffending was les common in the 1930s after a spell in borstal . socity is to soft and the innocent and law abiding folk are always the ones who suffer

Keep Britain tidy, the Wombles used to do that! I started a womble club with my friends and we sewed womble bags, made womble badges and had great fun picking up litter.

Oh and have you ever seen someone drop litter and you pick it up, give it to them and say 'I think you dropped this'. cheesygrin

Act 2 Scene 7 - As You Like it.

      "All the world's a stage,

      And all the men and women merely players;

They have their exits and their entrances,

And one man in his time plays many parts,

His acts being seven ages. At first, the infant,

Mewling and puking in the nurse's arms.

Then the whining schoolboy, with his satchel

And shining morning face, creeping like a snail

Unwillingly to school. And then the lover,

Sighing like a furnace, with a woeful ballad

Made to his mistress' eyebrow. Then a soldier,

Full of strange oaths and bearded like the pard,

Jealous in honor, sudden and quick in quarrel,

      Seeking the bubble reputation

Even in the cannon's mouth. And then the justice.........."

bad mannered children come from bad  parents

everyone loved my kids always said how polite they were and helpful

but this as you know is not something they just come by it has to be taught as does respect for other people and other peoples proberty .

i never had to smack my kids i just explained from an early age what was right and wrong ,when they forgot i just reminded them. a lot of parents dont talk to there kids .

comunication is important in any relationship very important with children.

10 out of 10 for vindictive revenge.

Consider they make in a day 550 calls and in a week 2750 calls. So week two of their miserable job they get to the loo and have 2750 calls waiting for them.

They lift thier laden fork to their mouth, over 2000 calls hammering them.

Perhaps we shoud encourage them to p-hone unde3r that regime adn goddbye to the whole irritating business. Once all the phone staff have gone then Mr Bog with the money will hve to do it himself. He wouldn't last 5 minutes, the coward.
