DJs! Trying to listen to music and they keep rattling on arrogantly. And we won't mention that partifular DJ!!!! Shriek.

The only one I liked was John Peel, bring back John Peel. Oh and Kenny Everiit for the comedy factor.although I never listened to him on the radio. John was my boy!

    When you make a phone call and it takes the whole of eternity to get an answer with the button pushing. I wouldn't mind that so much but being put on hold listening to elevator music, I wouldn't mind that so much but the repeating voice reminding me that I'm a queue and wating.

    I KNOW I'M WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! eek

      Or the other one that gets right up my nose, "your call is important to us, please wait .......", or press one to report a fault, two for sales, three for accounts or four to speak to an operator". Isn't it strange how there is always an answer when you push two, but half an hour wait to speak to any of the others?

      i rang dwp the other day .waited 20 mins being told your call is important to us please hold the line all call back .then played the same piece of chamber music over and over again ..grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

      What! Only once.? How do you manage to be so successful? Every time I say " please say that again and speak more slowly as I am rather deaf" it takes not a blind bit of notice.eek

      A more honest message would be,

      " please do not call us. if you do we save ourselves a lot of money by not answering. We also gain £m1.5 ach year by keeping you and others hanging on the phone listening to our dreadful music" repeat every 30 seconds indefinately.

      have you noticed that if your on the complaints line you wait alot longer than if your on an order line.or is it just me.

      on some lines if you ring the line to buy and then make out you have rang the wrong number when you get through you get put through to the complaints line . dosent always work eek

    I would get rid of all white van drivers, their vehicles and all reps from the road, because they drive like lunatics.
