What does this bump look like

A few days ago i was bathing and i messed around and wiped too hard down there. It started to feel irritated so i felt down there and realized it was a bump on the outside of my labia. I didnt pay attention to it because it really painless but the next day i realized that it felt like a cluster of little bumps. I took a picture and it looks weird. Theres no pain at all when i pee or walk or anything. Its only really irritated because i keep bothering it. I just need advice before i waste time and money seeing a doctor.
