I had sex with this girl and the next day this bump popped up. But I shaved before she came and cleaned up. I dont go around have sex with any girl she is my girlfriend.

hmmmmmmmmmm. unless both you and your girl were virgins before the encounter. that last sentence in your description doesn't matter.
what I think it is, is warts maybe but they never pop up within 24 hrs.
so...... and this isn't very subtle either.....so I'll recommend to visit a sexual clinic. Stay away from the girl and inform her to get tested till your results arrive.
