Let the bump fully heal naturally - ease back on, or abstain from masturbation for a few weeks.
With any wound it needs to heal so that no infection is present a very small amount of antiseptic cream or liquid will help it to heal cleanly
If it is a problem issue the bump will re-form again. Have you ever had unprotected penetrative sex or received oral?

my Doctor said it dosent look like anything im still getting pee an blood test done. so idk i dont have discharge nore do i feel burning when peeing.
