What does this look like?

This is on my butt, I also am having a severe infection (rash, burning, sores) vaginally as well. Symptoms are starting to relieve but I just found this on my butt. I was just tested for HSV 1 and 2 and both came back negative which I was surprised about and kinda don't believe. HIV negative and Syphillis negative. I'm still waiting for more tests but I am starting to think if its not that it could just be some sort of fungus. Any ideas?? image
