What exercise do people do whilst taking orlistat

Just wondering what exercise people do, along side taking orlistat, I have just bought a vibration plate and been using this twice a day for 15 mins a time only been doing it for a few days tho so time will tell I guess.xx

    hi tiffany i will be go to the gym soon and i will ask the gym member for what work out is good to me and help me with the weight and i say i am  on the orlistat so i can have rice pasa and potoatos  and bread  i have a drink call coke life it is a good drink to  use  it  thank you for the help and help me thorw this time it will be hard  but it will be good to use the weight and look good for the summer and my health will get better and in prove my life from melissa

      thats great hun, tbh im new on these tablets and im still learning what foods i can and cant have, iv been using my vibration plate for 3 days now but only just realise i have been using it wrong. iv just been standing on it and bending when ure suppose to actually do work outs haha. im gonna weigh my self a week from today i think. gd luck hunni xx

    Hi Tiffany!

    at the moment I amnot exercising as I work awful shifts!! I have been on orlistat nearly 2 weeks and so far I have lost 6 pound!! I am also doing slimming world to give me a boost! these tablets are working for me!!
