What exercise is right for me?

I'm a 66 year old female. I have diabetes type 2 and am about 2.5 stone overweight. i have a patella problem - basically degeneration - so a very dodgy knee and a shoulder problem after a fall which resulted in a rotator cuff injury. I need some sort of exercises to do as i feel very achy a lot of the time and am very unfit. i get lower back problems also. i dont like swimming and really hate the gym. was thinking pilates, yoga or something like that? any advice please would be welcome. thanks.
