what food should eat to fight depression?

Hi,

I am facing depression from last 10 years. i did not take any medicine or consultation for it. I am focusing on exercise and yoga. But i need to work on food as well. What kind of do you think to combat with depression and anxiety?

    foods to resist is sugars period. sugar can be compared to the dangerous of AUD alcohol or drugs. sugars long term can turn your body into becoming more prone to diseases and long term suffering . loosing limbs , diabetes, heart issues even worse long term health issues .

    speak with a dietician or check out the healthy food menus on many sites .

    assuming that you do not have a hormone imbalance where medication for depression is advised.

    in general a life style change and eliminating negative habits along with healthy food intake can help keep you on a positive road . managing your life better will allow you to follow a path aligned with learning better choices , healthy foods and coping skills.
