What graft did you choose for ACL replacment?

I have a complete tear of the ACL, stretched out both LCL and MCL. Damaged both sides of meniscus (one small tear and a complex tear on the medial horn) and 2 impact fractures 4mm.

I have chosen surgery for my ACL but am looking for reviews on where you harvested from. I am leaning away from the cadaver, and leaning more towards the patella tendon. Dont really care if my recovery time is longer just looking for the best option to fit my busy and outdoors lifestyle.

Looking for opinions from people that have had the surgery. Thanks
