Good Morning, I hope this post finds everyone doing a least some better,
I just wanted to share something that I have found that helps me,
I have battled meniere's for a long time and the disease has been bilateral for the last 5 years. To help me from going bonkers, I started a hobby to keep me busy, it helps to keep your mind busy so you don't focus your symptoms so strongly, This may not work for everyone, but if it helps one person it was worth mentioning,

The only time it does get to me and I cannot ignore it is when I cannot hear certain parts watching tv or when it is very quiet.
Good luck to all..

Hello!
So true! If I didn't have my farm and my horses I know I'd be focusing on my MD so much more. Taking hearing aids in and out is reminder enough My tinnitus is off the charts but it came on so gradually over the course of 15 years that I think my brain did a good job of adjusting. We compensate as much as we can! I don't ride or train my horses in the same way that I did before MD, I've modified a lot. No spinning in circles, always safety first.
But it can be done! Keep reinventing yourself to stay one step ahead of this very frustrating disease!
Take care Bertman!
