What in the world? Anybody help ease my mind?

Hey friends I'm super worried ... has anyone had this happen . I'm in the process of switching from 20 mg  Prozac to Zoloft .... I did 3 days of 25mg of Zoloft and now today on day 9 of 50 mg per Dr.

So I have felt anxious since on meds which can be normal but today something else started and I'm so worried. 

This morning I started feeling feeling these little skin sensations ...almost like a mosquito bite just randomly all over different places just on the skin surface?? Anyone help calm my anxiety?? Had this happen ??? 

Pharmacy said it wasn't the Zoloft ..??? 

Is it the anxiety??? Med?? 

Im so worried sad

    I am pretty sure it is anxiety related. I have had numerous ‘odd’ sensations, pains etc, all caused thro anxiety x

    I've had this along with general pins and needles feelings on and off, I've been told it's normal but that it's probably the anxiety and sertraline together
