I had sex with my partner a few days ago and noticed it burned when I pee. I also had excessive runny discharge that looked yellow when I wipe it. I examine myself today and saw an open sore and I'm now worried. Its very painful and uncomfortable to pee, walk or do anything at this point. my period ended up coming almost a week early not sure if that is in anyway related.
