What is Atrophic Vaginitis? Is there a cure for it? Does my symptoms match?

Hi, I'm not sure what exactly Atrophic Vaginitis is other than what the internet says...

for years I have dealt with reoccurring painful UTI's, and yeast infections. Along with excessive daily

discharge to where I have to not only wear daily panty liners, but change them quite often (at least 2 times a day). I have been to the doctors numerous times and they cannot figure out what the heck

is going on. I've been done the roads of BV, uti + yeast infection treatment, tests, pap smears etc. but no doctor has found out anything as to why I am having reoccurring uti's and excessive amount of daily discharge. Honestly this is super embarrassing to me, its an insecurity... especially since I'm sexually active... there are times there's a slight odor but nothing really alarming. Is there a way to reduce the discharge? Anyone having any luck who may have this or something similar? I am taking daily probiotics- 25 billion live cultures, which did decrease the amount of uti's and yeast infections (knock on wood) but I'm still having daily discharge. Can anyone help me out?

I assume they have done both a bacterial and a multiple fungal culture? Fungal cultures for a wide range of yeast organisms can take 6 weeks. There are dozens of yeasts. If you've taken the probiotic for at least a month with no benefit, I'd stop for a while. Try stopping wheat products, or, do you eat them? What about sugar? What is your vit d level? It should be over 50 for optimum calcium and mineral absorption. Also, what are your estrogen/progesterone levels? I recommend that you buy some D-Mannose powder and take it every day. D-Mannose is a type of sugar that will adhere to the urinary tract preventing bacteria from adhering to the lining of the genito-urinary tract. Look it up. Wish you the best.
