What is causing these strange daily sensations + general malaise?

For around a month or more now I have been suffering with a number of strange sensations and symptoms on a daily basis. Originally, I thought it was down to a medication I was taking and was told to no longer take it which helped slightly. However, weeks later the symptoms are still carrying on and are actually continuing to become more frequent, intense and worse in general. The symptoms include:

• Numbness, weakness and tingling in left arm and right side of face (the first symptom to originally appear)

• Sudden onset of feelings as though there are thousands of needles pricking into the palms of my hands, upper backside of my legs, my buttocks, my spine and my lower back (began about a week ago and has happened daily since)

• Burning, itching and hot/cold sensation in skin (mainly arms and scalp)

• Sudden itchy red rash appeared in left elbow crease (recent, within the past couple of days)

• Tension headaches in back right side of head and pain in right side of neck despite no injury or trauma

• Daily episodes at around 4pm where I will suddenly feel extremely exhausted, disorientated/dizzy, lightheaded and nauseous which causes me to panic

• During this episodes I will feel strange sensations like a sensitivity to being cold when its not cold at all

• Worsensed anxiety, heart palpitations and sudden panic when any symptoms suddenly occur

• Black parts in stools, frequently bloated and stomach pain

These symptoms seem to be getting progressively worse daily, with some new symptoms appearing (at first I never had the needle prick sensation, or rash etc). Started with strange numb/weak muscle feelings which doctor assumed was due to my anxiety and had me on beta blockers which made me feel much worse (increased dizziness and tingling) so I came off them. Symptoms carried on after this but I wanted to wait a couple of weeks to ensure they were out of my system, has now been around a month and symptoms are only getting more intense by the day and are effecting my mood and daily life.

Doctor now wants to do blood tests to rule out any 'obvious cases', what could these possibilities be? I'm becoming quite worried about what could be wrong
