i have had the CFS with my latest ebv flare up and just wondered what chroic cfs is .
ive never been a high energy person like to sleep a lot take naps and feel different from my friends who seem to do so much during the day and night .
maybe its just my makeup as i managed to workout every day really hard for 1.5 hours or more sometimes. so if anybody could enlighten me on what defines chronic CFS?
