What is going on ?

Recently I have been experiencing stomach/groin pain in both side, not severe but painful enough to have me constantly noticing it. I am also having pain in my kidneys, and bleeding with no explanation. I have done a pregnancy test which was negative, and I am wondering if anyone thinks it could be a UTI/Kidney infection as I have constant history with both, but this doesn't feel like one at all. I am on the contraception pill and have been for nearly 5 years now and my doctor has said to me before that I could be experiencing polyps? Which apparently can occur? I have had std tests which were all negative as well as a vaginal examination and swabs which all came back fine also. Looking for any advice please

    Hi

i had similar: groin pain, lower abdo pain, pain in my left kidney like a throb and blood in my urine. No UTI was found. I has this for about 6 months. I had a CT abdo, pelvis which was clear. I was referred to a Urologist who performed a ureterscope which was clear. While asleep the urologist pushed dye up into my kidneys but states all was clear. I was then referred to gyn who also said all was ok. I had an MRI pelvis and abdo which showed mild Diverticular disease. So everything came back clear which I must be thankful for. I finally tried acupuncture and my symptoms including the bleeding have drastically subsided so I just don't know what it was all about. I do know though the anxiety it caused me and it was horrendous. I wish you well and hope you find a solution soon.

I have had bad anxiety since jan 2011 and some extreme life events knocked me for six. The anxiety was gradually subsiding and then I experienced these symptoms similar to yours. It kicked the anxiety off again big time. I've had CBT and bought a book which helped me a lot called F*** It therapy, yes really. As soon as my anxiety started subsiding helped with the acupuncture, so did the symptoms slowly, slowly. I hope you find some peace as it can be hell, I've been there too. Take care.
