What is going on with my vagina

I tested positive for chlamydia and gonorrhea. I have thrush going on and I may as well have a yeast infection as I am now on antibiotics. Can someone let me know if this is normal? It's itchy, dry and kind of raw, the skin around is easily irritated when wiping or wearing tight clothing. Nothing is painful to the touch, since it's raw it can hurt at times to pee and a lot of the itchyness has gone away due to the antibiotics. I just noticed one side is a bit more swollen with vp or fungal growth??? I am not sure what it is I just wanted to rule out any sort of herpes or anything more serious. Thank you!imageimageimage
