What is happening from dry cough to stomach pain

It started of with a dry cough coming and going. Especially at night. Then i started waking up hoarse. Somehow though what i ate the other night for dinner tipped it over the edge.

i treated myself and my my hubby to a very fatty 22cd street roast from costco. After i had a craving for a small amount of ice cream, chocolate and a tbsp of organic strawberry jam. That night was not feeling so great so drank some water. I gulped it down and in doing so, suddenly felt like my chest had acid spilled on it Then had pain across chest and immediately felt nauseated. Then came the stomach pain.

Have had stomach pain since then with it still radiating over to the front lower left. im considering going to a walk in clinic tomorrow But meanwhile any suggestions, on what is happening and what natural options to take!
