What is happening to me?

Hi I need someone to please give me some type of advice I am terrified this past summer I’ve noticed I’ve had multiple episodes of lightheadedness and dizziness. Then the end of September came around and I was hospitalized for chest pain (with dizziness) and it hasn’t gone away since. (the chest pain did though) It’s the end of October now and everyday I have been getting that strange lightheaded feeling where my eyes dart around and I feel woozy and off balance. I grab my head a lot and close my eyes out of discomfort. My eyes and head feel so heavy. It goes away if I am distracted but comes right back even when I’m relaxed..I’m so confused. It’s affecting my life so badly, I can’t go out, I can’t work, I have no energy. I’m terrified everyday I wake up, I’ve been having anxiety attacks because of it. What should I do?

Hi Abigail.   These are classic symptoms of anxiety !!  You say that you are getting anxious about the symptoms, but it maybe that  the anxiety is your main concern which is giving you the dizzy and off balance feelings.  I know I suffer a lot with those symptoms, due to my anxiety. Go to GP and get checked out, but don't be surprised if the diagnosis is our "friend" anxiety.  Take care. Lily x
