What is happening to me?!

This is a long story
In November 2018 I began experiencing discomfort internally in my urethra. This happened after a night of pleasing myself when later I got this intense urge to go pee, and occasional burning from mild to intense (24/7) ONLY AFTER I went pee but did not hurt during. I was going pee about 4 - 7 times a day and sometime had a sense I still had to go even though I knew my bladder was empty and felt no pressure in my lower stomach. Overall I felt like my urethra was tense, inflamed and I would feel this discomfort (from an outside perspective) from my clitoris down to slightly above the opening of the urethra which the skin did look slightly irritated especially near the clitoris. I’ve done urine test, STI, UTI and yeast infection test multiple times and all results came back negative but was still given antibiotics to treat an infection that was not there! And no painkiller worked at all for me. The doctors made me believe I had interstitial cystitis without doing any sort of test but when I went to the urologist he believe my bladder wasn’t the culprit and referred me to a pelvic floor physio therapist. By April my symptom are not as bad as when I first had it in November. Within the last month I feel like the burning has definitely stayed mild to almost gone. But there is still slight urgency as well as the urethra feeling tense and mildly irritated after going pee but only sometimes. Feeling better I decided (stupidly) to masturbate again and got the worst feeling in the world. My clitoris was enlarged, firm, pinching and throbbing, the skin was burning and clenching throughout my labia and vulvar skin which is tender. I did notice I feel most of the pinching and burning on my LEFT SIDE of my clitoris and labia majority of the time. I went to the doctor and he said I might have been too aggressive and told me it would go down in a couple day but its been TWO MONTHS now and the pain and firmness is not gone. It feel like I punctured my clitoris if that make sense? Everything down there looks normal but if I move my clitoris to one side it looks like there is a large lump under it (maybe because its in an enlarged state) but I believe the urethra pain and the clitoris pain may have been connected the whole time. At first I thought I caused myself to develop Vulvodynia but my physic therapist didn’t quite think so since I am capable of touching the skin. I'm worried I may have Pundendal never damage. Please help me! It has been 9 months now and I can’t close my legs. I made an appointment with a OB/GYN but it is not until feb 2020 which is to far for me in this pain!

Make sure to call your OB GYN again to check their sched availability since some patients cancel their appointment.
