What is happening to me? Sudden rashes

This has happened to me twice now and it's getting concerning. Out of nowhere my face starts to prickle and feels hot and it goes bright red. slowly the prickling spreads to my arms and hands. my arms, chest back become blotchy and red. it stays like this for about 20 minutes and then as soon as it came, it just goes away. both times it was in the morning before eating anything, i haven't used any new soaps, perfumes, detergents, etc at all so i don't think it's an allergic reaction. my skin isn't itchy, nor is any of the redness raised or bumpy. any ideas?

    Are you worried or stressed about anything?It sounds like a stress rash.

      definitely had a lot of stress recently. Hopefully thats all it is. 😃

    Its naturally for a white person to have this issue. I suggest that when this happens you look and analyse the triggers to this circumstance.
