Okay Juan, I need some specific information from you: when you were tested for STD’s did you go to a specialist Sexual Health Service? How many medical professionals have examined your penis and what type of specialist were they: sexual health specialist, regular / family doctor / GP, or Urologist?
From these, who gave you the anti fungal cream?
In terms of how your penis looks, in picture one how long has the lighter patch of skin been present at the top of the shaft of your penis?
It would help if you could post a clearer picture showing the detail from photo two as I cannot see what is going on for your penis ……

I got tested both July 23 and July 31 for all stds, all came back negative. I got this like for 2 months now. I have visited 2 family doctors, one said it's normal and the other one told me it was a fungi infection. He gave me a pill to take which i did. I'm currently using the anti fungal cream for 5 days now. Doesn't seem very effective but i think there is changes. I ve visited also a sexual health specialist in a sexual health clinic who told me that it doesn't look like an std.
For the picture one, the lighter patch of skin been present for years now but recelty got these red dots. Dots that look like bumps but i can't feel them when i touch them.
And for the glans of my penis, i ve got these flake like bumps on the glans skin which seems very close to peel when i rub it.
I'll post a picture regarding to the second pic when i get home and thank you wee dugie!

Okay, what you need to think about is that you have now seen a number of medical professionals, and the general advice they have given you. Obviously the one that said it was normal is incorrect - you know what normal is for your penis, and that is what we need to work towards to achieve.
What I need to know is are you sexually active now? Do you have a regular partner? Do you use condoms each time you have sex?
You mention that you were given a pill to take, did you take ALL of the pills there were in the pack, or did you stop before you used them all?
.
For the unclear image it is this one I need a clear picture of:

Well, first of all, thanks for taking the time to read my messages and to answer to them.
Actually, currently i'm not active, my last intercouse was almost 3 months ago. I always use condoms, but this time, it broke although i received a quick oral in which she kinda used her teeth, which was not pleasable at all, so she stopped. It was like for 5 seconds. I didn't have lots of partners, and i don't have a regular one. I talked to her multiple time, she kept assuring me that she doesn't have anything and that since she works as a nurse in a sexual health clinics, she is more than sure that she doesn't anything. But who to trust lol. Anyways, done all my stds check ups all came back negative. The pill i took was for a genital yeast infection and there was only one.
And for the unclear picture, i'm uploading new ones in which we see that the inside of the urethral opening is white, which i'm sure it wasn't the case before. Thanks

I don't see anything anormal in your urethral opening.
From your picture , the white patch on your shaft looks like vitiligo. You better see a cosmetic dermatologist for a better diagnosis. Vitiligo is a common cause of loss of skin pigment.
You should see a skin specialist.
