What is housebound?

I know this sounds like a really stupid question but what makes a person housebound?

If i didnt have kids to get up for i honestly think I wouldnt get up til about midday......

    on here we are not alone, we can talk with people who genuinely care and understand how we feel... who are willing to share and talk about the downs as well as the ups. this is a deep dark place but we all can carry a candle to brighten the gloom and so many of us do. we dont judge we empathise support and care. I am glad i found here and will always try to be here contributing... sometimes i am better than others...
