It is still reversible but you should stay away from sugar, simple carbs, processed foods and most importantly ALCOHOL.

Sugar and Alcohol are poison please please leave it when you still can.

I'm not a professional but got my LFT recently. My age is 30 yrs and results were AST / ALT -- 55 / 97 which I came to know through patient.info is due to my excessive weight training and aerobics. But still there is some damage done as i ate a lot and lot of sugar and simple carbs and butter /ghee etc. in the past.

Though I never tasted Alcohol ever in my life nor did i ever smoke and followed an eggatarian diet, I ate a lot of sugar and sweets which caused problem for me.

I was diagnosed with a weak liver since birth so that is the main culprit.

I'm telling all this so you get an idea how a person who only ate sugar can damage his liver moreover you are drinking alcohol.

Anyways don't worry until you show results to your doctor.

    Have a good day..
