What is my problem? Why my blood test changed?

Hello.

I'm 30 years old man and I have a question about my blood test. I did a blood test but my blood test is very different with the blood test that I did one year ago. In the new year I never changed my diet but my new blood test said:

W.B.C=8.9

R.B.C=5.71

Hemoglobin=17.1

Hematocrit=50.5

M.C.V=87.6

M.C.H=29.9

M.C.H.C=34.2

Platelet=231

R.D.W=12.8

Neutrophil=%53

Lymphocyte=%45

Monocyte=%1

Eosinophil=%1

Chol=201

LDL=130

SGOT=27

SGPT=47

Alk P=169

One month before the new blood test I used a powder with the name "Serious Mass" and a capsule for may hair with the name "Just For Hair" and Tuna and Boiled Potato. I used the powder and tuna some days in week, boiled potato every day and a "Just For Hair" capsule every night. Can they affect my new blood test? Can my blood test show a new ill?
