What is stopping me?

Hi people who use this site i am struggling! I am really finding it difficult to connect to my current counsellor, i need to be there as this is assault counselling, but i am finding it so tough. I was with a female but because i got a part-time job i had to stop seeing her. It's really hard, i just can't find the words to tell him. Is this why i keep pulling out or is rape so tough to speak about that i keep not turning up? I need this support it's ruining my life. How do i tackle this?
