What is that dicharge? Is it yeast?

I have a vaginal discharge that has not passed since February 17, when I went to the doctor, he said that it was infection and yeast and gave medicine and suppositories. It passed for a short time, but there is constant itching, redness and burning. sometimes my discharge feels like water, it is very intense or there is no unbearable smell. this image is today's discharge and it feels like pee my pants. Please help what is this???image

    could you need further yeast infection treatment? you can buy over the counter Flucanazole tablets that you take orally.

    i had a stubborn yeast infection and took the Flucanazole tablets for 3 days as well as thrush cream and it helped
