What is this? It always appears and disappears, I've had it since I was a child, it looks like a mole. There are moments when there is nothing there and it only appears when I stand on my elbow

It looks like a blue nevus and is nothing to worry about unless it should start to ulcerate. Dont worry, just ignore it, but dont deliberately hit it or aggravate it.
