I am trying to limit my dairy intake for allergy reasons and it is obvious that nut milks will be high in arginine. Any other milk substitutes that are lower in arginine?

I have had a humiliating time searching for dairy replacements on the web. I have been inundated with propaganda about vegan cheese and almond milk and someones life story that goes on for pages and pages. What I'm trying to find is a replacement for dairy foods and meat where the chemical make-up would make me stop missing yogurt and cheese. I'm looking for short, simple answers and not pages and pages of prattling. I'm like you, I want to know how to avoid things I should not have in a way to where I do not miss them.
