What is the best trifocal for those who have astigmatism 0.75 (direct) and 0.50 (left)? I'm thinking about PanOptix, Finevision, Ray One, Synergy.

I think I mentioned this before, but the astigmatism correction has to be based on corneal measurements, not on what you need for eyeglass correction. The reason is that eyeglass correction has to correct for the sum of astigmatism in the lens plus astigmatism in the cornea. When you go to an IOL you only have to correct for the astigmatism in the cornea, because the natural lens is gone when it is replaced with an IOL.
.
And if you are asking about cornea only correction based on measurements, the amount of astigmatism you are asking about is probably too low to correct with a toric lens. They come in fairly large increments of astigmatism correction and the lowest level is probably too much. There would be less error with a non toric lens. The 0.5 in the left if cornea only is too low. The 0.75 in the right is right on the margin. A non toric lens may be just as good as a lowest correction toric lens.

So. Would it be possible to use Synergy or PanOptix?

That is a discussion you should have with the surgeon after they have taken your eye measurements. They are in the best position to say which lenses would be suitable.

as mentioned by ronaka ur astigmatism is too low. you should be able to use panoptix or synergy.
i am not a fan of toric lenses anyway unless the astigmatism is too high.
