What is the problem with ly penis ?

My glans have is globally red and have red points.

I don't know what it means.

      Yes I have tested for all mst in november and I'm negative.

      It came after having sex with my ex girlfriend 2-3 months ago.

    Did you notice any white discharge after urination? and also does your penis have a strong smell when you pull back your foreskin to reveal the penis head?

      There is no white discharge after urination.

      Yes it smell sometimes.

      I saw a dermatologist and for him I have nothing but I never had my penis like that.
