What is the single cause of both anus and penus inflammation and swelling? How to cure it?

I have been suffering from itching and inflammation in both my penus and anus. Its been 4 months that I am suffering from this infection. I have seen many specialists including medical, stomach, and uranologist, but no one seems to diagnose the problem except recommending antibiotics to cure the problem.
Note: I am 27 years old and I am never been in any sexual relationship. But I have done too much masterbation without takng care of my health.
here are the symtoms that I am having:
- inflammation inside of the penas tip and in the anus hole.
- anus bottom is swolled and red
- sometimes feel weekness in the penas
- dizziness and gas in the lower abdomen
- pain in the penas after having masterbation
I often have stomach problems like gas in the stomach and loose motions. I sometimes feel pain in the stomach as well, probably due to eating antibiotics.
I am very depressed and looking for expert medical advice. Please let me know which medical specialist should I visit. Looking for online consultation as well.
The reasons behind this problem, that I think I may have:
- due to stomach
- due to reproductory system (sexual health)
- digestive system issues
- weak immune system

Sounds like an autoimmune disease, but it can't really be assessed over the internet because it's very complex. would e.g. B. Think of lichen planus. Anyway, find a good dermatologist.
