What is this?????

OK so now I'm laying in bed trying to enjoy a movie with the kids and my whole body is heating up and it feels like my blood is rushing through my body .I mean I actually feel it. So strange. Why is this happening and is this anxiety? Another question, does anyone get tired and dizzy after moving around awhile in the house?

Thats interesting what you said at the end. The other day i was doing stuff around the house and was so tired and i was debating if i was lazy or not sleeping enough because i was tired form barely anything. I think everyone on here has noted at some point they get dizzy, maybe that just part of anxiety in general. We all know anxiey comes with so many odd symptoms. It stinks! Maybe you had a mini adrenaline rush, but so sensitive at this point you just know the changes taking place in your body. I can honestly feel when a bug lands on me and my friends are always shocked id notice that. We are super alert and sensitive people with our bodies.

Its so weird and frankly I'm so tired of this whole anxiety thing. It is taking over my life. I try to ignore it by cleaning up because with four kids I'm constantly cleaning. I have to clean in sections meaning do a little sit and do a little more. I get so dizzy and flushed while cleaning. My doctor said to exercise now how am I supposed to do that and I can't do simple things I used to do all the time like cleaning?

Cleaning is exercise. Let the doc care for four kids and tell you otherwise 🙃

The reason why it happens seems to be a sensory overload malfunction on your own body. Its a mal function but science doesnt know universally how to control it with safe medicines yet, just the load they are using which works on half the people but still eventually build uo a tolerance. They cant remove  (amaygladas) it haha because you would have zero fear or memories and thats not safe so they are still working on it. Sadly truth is  once this patterns expect it forever, but learn to manage it or at least not fear it when it happens. Which is hard because sometimes, many itmes new symotoms arise then you just get scared. The only key is quickly manage it on the first anxiety cycle so it doesnt go on repeat and keep spiralling. Thats where cbt, mindfullness and such come into play. There is no quick fix, no happy and ni miracle cure yet.
