What is this?

I've had this on my left breast for a few weeks now; it started off as what I thought was a spot/zit, but when I burst it, it simply bled for ages, and reformed. This has been an ongoing thing now, and it's very frustrating. As you can see the skin beneath it is now an angry red, and I'm not sure what to do.

I've tried booking a doctors appointment but they don't have any available when I am. Does anyone know what this is/how to treat it?

You need to get that checked immediately. Go to hospital if need be, as I don't like the colour or shape. It may be fine but do not take a chance.

It is possible the colour and texture are simply due to scabbing, but hard to tell from the pic.

It's a dark red and the skin underneath has gone red too; colour on the photo is pretty accurate. The actual spot is quite soft, but it bursts really easily. I put a plaster over it last night and when i took it off again this morning (it was really itchy) it was bleeding again.

I did the 111 questionnaire and it said to go to a pharmacy but I'm unsure what they can even do?
