      my nephew is 26 years old. he had an itcy look alike skin tag in the anus or its like alike a small mole. i cant send the file because its too big. how can i send the picture?

    From your description I would say its a small external haemorrhoid /pile. They can be itchy.

    Best not to get constipated or strain when passing a motion. Keep the area clean and dry. Only wear pure cotton underpants and no pants at night.Best not to use any creams on the area.

    If it becomes very troublesome a doctors opinion should be sought.
