I noticed that i have this ( see image ) and wasn't sure of what it is or what it could be?? No pain or itch and I looked it up and thought it could be cancer but need some help plz 😃)

It may not be anything nasty as there is no pain or itch but for your own peace of mind you should see your GP if you are in UK. Far better to get it diagnosed properly than keep worrying.
If you are not in UK then a dermatologist is the person to see
